Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: You cannot open either a door or window if the battery is dead. this happened to us today, and my wife was trapped in a hot car until we could jump the car and open the door. she called the gm dealer, brad fenton motors in ardmore, ok and was told that the "owners manual" told you what to do if this happened. can you imagine trying to look this up in the "owner's manual" when you were 6 ft. under water or you were trapped inside on a 100 degree day, especially with a child? i think this is totally unacceptable and i want something done about this problem. *jb
