| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Through normal use, all four window regulator motors on my 2002 grand prix have had cable breaks or entanglement with the housing. 2 (front) have been replaced by myself at the cost of aftermarket part of $90 per instance. 2 (rear) have been pre-paid for $90 per item, but remain a back ordered/unavailable item - 1 part since june. 3 of original parts are still available for inspection. the two rear windows have required imaginative solutions to remain in a closed position. the most recent occurrence is listed as the incident date. *jb |
