| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a 2000 chevy silverado c1500. i am experiencing problem with the abs braking system, where during low speed braking (ie stopping at a stop sign or parking) the abs kicks on and greatly increases the stopping distance. i am aware that gm has issued a recall for this exact problem in eastern canada, and that you are conducting an investigation in to the matter in the us. if you would like to contact me to question or inspect my truck please do. thank you. mike meehan. *jb |
