| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: dt: the contact owns 1999 gmc yukon. the contact stated that there was a recall on this model/make and year. but this vehicle was not included in the recall due to vin. the consumer has contacted the manufacturer regarding this issue. the consumer states while applying the brakes, 9 out of 10 times it felt as though it kept stopping, but did not completely stop. a local mechanic stated it was a problem with the abs system. the mechanic inspected the vehicle thoroughly then replaced the rear brake pads. the abs light did not illuminate, indicating a problem with the braking system.*ak |
