Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Abs motor continued to run and would not shut off. had to disconnect the 60 amp fuse to prevent battery from running down. am told that the abs module is defective and will cost well over $1000 of my money to repair - this has not been recalled. this from a chevy with 80,000 miles?? i've discovered that this is not an isolated incident, that this is a common defect with this vehicle. i was told by the dealership that this failure occurs so often that they keep 4 to 5 units in stock. why isn't this being recalled? what else can we do? *ak |
