| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the consumer owns a 2000 chevrolet tahoe. the front seats would slide on the rail. the passenger side began to do this first and the dealership told the consumer he would have to replace the motor. both seats are now sliding about 5 inches back and forth. the gm manufacturer told the consumer to take the vehicle to a dealer to see if it was a manufacturing defect and maybe they could work with him to get it corrected if it was a defect. *jb |
