Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I parked my car in front of a business and was gone about 1/2 an hour. when i returned to my car it was completely dead. a tow service tried jump starting it but it would only last about 30 seconds. i had the car towed to my mechanics shop and they performed a diagnosis. according to them it needed a battery and alternator. so i approved the repairs to be done. when the repairs were done the mechanic took it on a test drive and claims that during the test drive the intake manifold popped so he returned the car to the shop. the repairs for the original work was $522.00 now the repairs are at$1330.00. i can not afford it. i am without a car and have no other car. *jb |
