| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: dt: contact stated the steering wheel locked into position when the consumer tried to start the vehicle. a computer error message on the dashboard stated to take out the key and wait 10 seconds, and that the steering needed to be serviced. there has been a recall on the vehicle. it was serviced, but this did not take care of the problem. the consumer had the vehicle to the service dealer on three separate occasions, but they have been unable to correct the problem. the vehicle is at the service dealer now because the consumer refuses to take the vehicle. he is afraid that steering may lock while driving. the consumer has not contacted the manufacturer yet to inform them of the problem.*ak |
