Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: A car with no headlights hit us on our way out to dinner we were quater mile away from home. we stopped at the intersection and made sure traffic was clear before we proceeded, it was so we indicated a left turn and moved off. by the time we saw the other vehicle it was too late, it hit us with full impact at 100 miles per hour on the left side, no airbags went off. my boyfriend the owner of the car received a fractured rib and has pain along his left side, my daughter has headaches along with pain and bruises to her left leg and side and i received a hit to my face on the right side which hurts if i try to turn my head, pain in my right wrist and a little swelling and pain to the left elbow. the failure occured to me when the air bags didn't go off. for the type of vehicle which it is a 2005 dodge magnum hemi ( silver) do we have a valid complaint and if so, how can we receive some kind of compensation for the failure of the airbags and the proper steps we should take to make sure this complaint is registered and where to go after receiving some kind of response from your web site. *jb
