Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact owns 1999 chevrolet suburban. the abs system was not working well. when starting to come to a stop the brakes surged , and had a hard time stopping. also, heard a groaning noise as he was coming to a stop. the contact stated the pedal pulsated. this occurred at low speeds only. the contact noticed this in march, and it became progressively worse. he cited recall #05v379000. the contact lived in minnesota, and his state was not listed in the recall. he felt like this recall should be expanded to include minnesota because this vehicle was definitely having the same problems as cited in the recall.*ak
