| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: There is currently a national recall on the nissan murano. i own a 2004 murano and was instructed by nissan corp. to take it to a dealer and have the work done because the problem could cause an accident. i attempted to take the vehicle to victory nissan dealership on battlefield blvd in chesapeake, virginia and was informed that there is a national back order on the recalled part in question. i was also informed that it would take three to four months before they could get to my vehicle. this seems unacceptable for a recall with potential life-threatening problems. hope you can help. *nm |
