| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: 2003 jeep grand cherokee. the consumer stated driver's side rear tire sidewall disintegrated. there is only 31,000 miles on the vehicle. the rest of the tires were weather rotted. these tires have never been repaired. they were the original tires on the vehicle. goodyear, p255/75r16. the tire was taken to the dealership. instead, it should have been taken to goodyear. there was no wreck when this happened. the tires were properly maintained. it is a leased vehicle.*ak |
