Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The windows in my grand prix just started failing and dropped down into the door and would not operate at all. the first on went then 4 days later the 2nd one went and the next day a 3rd window broke again. each time we had to take the car to the dealership and have the motor and regulator replaced at 600.00 each time. this car is only 3 years old and should not have this problem. this was also bogus since gm refuse to make the regulator without the motor so they can charge double on the part at 350.00+dollars. this is absurd that this is not a recall issue yet. and the service provided by ponitac is insulting. *jb
