| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This is not a safety defect complaint but a consumer defect. the a/c makes a noise when the compressor engages or switches. the noise sounds like a cd spinning and is quite annoying. it can easily be heard and has been getting louder over time. the dealership replaced the compressor to no avail. they also said engineers are investigating and i have called numerous times to inquire with no updates. the dealership has been great and this is no complaint against them, just a gmc complaint. a new car should not have a loud a/c unit. *nm |
