| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Brand new 2005 infiniti g35x, 5 days old. driving with my son and a passenger up a hill approx 60 mph, entered turn saw a truck, went to apply breaks but they did not work. i turned the vehicle so as to not hit the truck direct and cause less damage. the driver of the other vehicle did not hear the breaks, my son nor his friend felt the vehicle try to stop. result is $2500 in body damage to my car. the dealer states nothing is wrong and that it is my fault. infiniti has opened a case but will not have an inspector available until october 24th. 6 weeks from incident. *nm |
