| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own the evenflo triumph 5 convertible carseat. when removing the carseat from my car the foam piece located on the right side broke in half. i did not use any extreme force and am not a strong or big person. i contacted evenflo and they are sending a replacement part however i am very concerned and went out and purchased another carseat even though they stated that i could use this one until the part was replaced. *jb |
