Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dt: the caller was having problems with the passenger's side sliding door. the motor ran even after the door was shut. once, the door did not retract when her child was getting out, and the door trapped her. child was not hurt. dealer could not duplicate the problem. dealer shaved the door on the inside and replaced the motor. the caller stated that the motor still ran at times after the door was closed. manufacturer said because they went to court they will have to start over again with reporting the problems with the van. a police report was taken because the caller's purse was stolen out of the van after a recall on the automatic door locks. recall work was done on the locks.*ak
