| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The brakes on my 2001 chevrolet silverado went into anit-lock brake mode as i was making a stop on dry pavement coming just short of smashing into a garbage truck. i contacted chevrolet and was told no recalls on my vehicle since it is not located in canada or some states listed in the us. they have said it is a recall on failing anti-lock sensors that have rust from salt, but minnesota is not one of the states. we don't use salt on roads up here during the winter? what a joke. *nm |
