| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: In june 2005 the passenger side window motor on my 2002 grand prix gtp broke and just today now the driver's side has done exactly the same. back in june it cost me over $400 to have a "used" part installed and that was not even easy to find. i am going to have to get this fixed asap and worried that once again i will have a problem finding the part. i will be making a direct complaint to pontiac as well as i believe that it is ridiculous to have this happen to two windows in less than 4 years. i live in south florida and rarely even use the windows because the a/c is always on. very disappointing. *nm |
