| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Child was buckled into car seat and parent pulled harness straps to check their tightness. the harness straps pulled loose. this was attempted a few times. when the harness would not stay tight and alternate seat was used. the locking mechanism for the harness system no longer holds the harness in a locked position as the straps are pulled tight. attempts have been made to cosco/dorel but no contact has been made. the car seat has been checked by a child passenger technician and there is a definate safety problem. |
