| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the vehicle has power steering but steering to the left became very difficult. there is no problem with right side steering. the dealership was contacted ,and because the vehicle was out of warranty, they would not make any corrections unless the consumer would pay for it. the consumer owns an auto repair business and determined it was the steering gear box. he purchased a new steering gear box and replaced the old one. this failure occurred at 47,000 miles. there have been no problems since the repair. *ak |
