| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Graco cargo (model # 8689cav, manufactured 1/10/05) purchase at local retail store with tether harness not attached. parent did not know where it was to attach to when she showed up for car seat check-up event. the car seat says do not remove on the stirro foam that pads the back of the car seat, but in order to install tether the stirro foam needed to be removed and replaced . parent called graco and they are sending a replacement stirro foam backing for the seat and told mother how to install tether and how to replace foam with new foam. parent was very satisfied with replacement of foam, and child will be ready to use when he is big enough for car seat. *nm |
