| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact stated that the right passenger door on 2001 mercury marquis will not stay open long enough to get in and out of the car, it flopped back and forward. she had it at dealer for service in 5-04, and they adjusted it. on 9-18-05 the door came back, and hit the contact in the shoulder. her shoulder was black and blue, and she could hardly move her arm up and down for three days. on 9-25-05 the dealer told her that it was the design of the car, and there was nothing they could do about it. also, she talked to the manufacturer , and they told her the same thing.*ak *nm |
