| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I recently purchased my car with the understanding from the dealership that they would fix an air leak in the passenger side rear window. after taking it to them on 4 deferent occasions, the problem was not fixed and i was told that it was a defect in this particular make and model of car and that there was nothing that could be done. i would not have purchased the car if i had known i would have to listen to an air leak. i contacted a representative from gm who verified that there is in fact a defect with this automobile leaking air, but was told that until "enough" people complain about the air leak, there will not be a recall on it. *jb |
