Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dt: evenflo model # 5881403a child seat. the contact had trouble getting the car seat out of the base. she had to physically take the pad off of the car seat and reach down where the two buttons were, push down on those buttons, and unlock the regular release handle all at once. it took two people to get child out of the seat. she was afraid if there was an emergency how would she get the child out of the seat. this is a stroller, a car seat combination . she bought this car seat in 4-05. it was a baby shower gift. it has always given her problems, but it has gotten progressively worse.*ak
