| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We have an evenflo on my way position right travel system. the infant carrier harness strap tensioner box came right off the back of the seat while tightening the harness. this is the second time this happened. the first time was about five months after we purchased the seat and evenflo replaced the entire seat. this time just four months into using it for our daughter. this time evenflo refuses to pay for any repairs, but recommended we purchase the replacement part. *nm |
