| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: while driving on the highway at 35 mph the front right passenger side axle broke off with the wheel intact. this happened without warning, no previous incidents. the vehicle skidded to the side of the road, and this was where the vehicle came to a stop. no other vehicles were involved. witnesses called police who quickly arrived on the scene. the vehicle was towed to a garage. the vehicle was left behind at the garage, and the consumer wanted to continue her trip and got a rental car to proceed further. the consumer was instructed to file complaint by the insurance adjustor. *ak |
