Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: A fire which started outside in the carport destroyed my home, my 2000 lincoln towncar, a beretta, and an older ford 150 truck on january 16, 2005. i would like to know whether the lincoln towncar signature possessed the cruise control mechanisms which are causing fires to ignite even when engine is off. i read an article which stated that ford did not change the cruise controls until 2004. *jb |
