Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My 2004 nissan murano sl had 19,000 miles on it when it's transmission went out, due to an electrical solenoid(?)deep inside that meant the part couldn't be replaced but that the whole transmission had to be replaced. when this happened my car stalled at every low speed, stop sign, and lights. it was very dangerous getting it to the dealer. i have a friend in lc texas who's 04 same car transmission went out at 10,000 miles. of course these are covered with the 36,000 warranty but i would like to keep this expensive car like my others until it has 150,000 miles but i feel there is something very wrong with this cars new cvr shiftless transmission system if 2 people in lc texas had the same problem with very new cars. *nm
