Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I recently began driving a 2003 chevrolet astro van on occasion and have had several instances where my foot has slipped off of (or missed entirely) the brake pedal. the pedal measures approximately 2.625" x 2.0" and is 50% to 300% smaller than those on other passenger vehicles or mid-sized pickup trucks in our fleet. i have had a couple near misses in colliding with other vehicles or objects when this happens, but consider it only a matter of time before an accident occurs. *jb |
