| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Hi i am writing to file a complaint about the 2001 mercury sable i currently own. the coil spring on my vehicle broke causing my tire to wear out. when i took it to be fixed the mechanic who fixed it said my tire could have blown out at anytime. it could have caused an accident. i read in my local paper that other people have had this problem and ford is looking into recalling this car. i strongly recommend it be recalled for the safety of others. it also was a very expensive to have replaced it cost me over $400. for the repair and new tire. please look into this matter. thank you. cindy barr. *jb |
