| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: 2003 chevrolet tahoe. the rear window has a plastic hinge that is cracked and is coming off. contacted dealership, and dealership said they knew of the problem , and i would have to pay 50% to have window hinge fixed ,and that this problem went back to the 2000 model vehicles. this plastic hinge kept rear window from closing. contacted the manufacturer. the consumer talked with customer service and did a report, i.d. number was 1367044105. the hinge in rear window has been cracking over the last couple of months. the rear window has to be replaced because it is connected together with otehr items, such as the window, the hinge and the frame.*ak |
