| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My baby trend latch-loc infant car seat base broke unexpectedly in less than 3 months of use. one of the latches that the car seat "clicks" onto completely broke so i was unable to get car seat to go securely into the base. i went directly to babies r us for new base and it took 3 people to get car seat out of the base. they replaced my original base but said they would not report this. i was lucky it broke during store hours and was scared the whole drive to the store with my newborn son. *nm |
