Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I went to clean my daughter's car seat because she dropped some cheerios and when i lifted the arm of her car seat, the entire arm fell off. i called the company and they told me they would send me the pieces to put it back together. i have all the pieces and don't think it is safe to put back together. they also told me to just remove the arm and safety belt and just use the seat belt that is in the car. i don't think that is appropriate. i am afraid to use this car seat. it cost 149.99 and is now on sale at wal-mart's website for $128.88. i even went back to the wal-mart i bought it from and they refused to exchange it. this car seat is only about 10 months old. i think there is something wrong with the design if the arm can pop out so easily. i am just thankful, she wasn't in it and i was driving, because i don't know what would have happened. *nm
