| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact owns a 2004 dodge neon srt4. the contact was involved in a collision on october 9, 2005 and the passenger's seat came off of the rail. there was no one sitting in the passenger's seat at the time of the accident. there were no problems prior to this accident. the dealership told him that there was no safety recalls on the vehicle for the seats ,and personally he had never heard of anything like this happening. the seats in this vehicle were factory seats they have not been replaced. *ak |
