Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Rear seat belts come out of bracket on rear of seat. this causes the belt to rub on the neck of passengers. this also happens when a child in a booster seat is belted in. my grandson complains that the belt hurts his neck. dealer replaced the brackets and same happens. dealer noted same problem on other g35s. infiniti claims that changing the bracket is all they can do.*jb |
