| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I parked at a local gas station to go inside to pay. i left the truck running with it in park. after i was inside for approximately 30-45 seconds, the trucks gear shift slipped out of park and into reverse, causing the truck to run backwards, finally striking a gas pump and knocking it over. i was able to reach the truck and stop it before it went any further. i had my bumper replaced as it was damaged. there was a claim for approx $25,000.00 to replace the gas pump. *jb |
