| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact owns a 2004 gmc envoy xl. while pulling into driveway at 5 mph the vehicle would not stop, it accelerated and then i hit garage. there was damage to the garage the garage door had to be replaced. the vehicle was damaged, the estimated cost to repair the vehicle was $5000. the vehicle is at the dealer . an investigation is ongoing at this time. when the tow truck came to pick the vehicle the driver noted that the brakes were all the way to the floor. ak |
