| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I took my town and country in for regular maintenance and also to check the rear seat belts. the seat belts do not roll up like they should. the dealer said the repair would be $950 to replace the retractors. they say they have not had this problem before. i am scared to death that my kids are not protected. also, they do not seem to latch snuggly. i don't understand how this can happen in a car 4 years old. *jb *nm |
