| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact states that 1994 chevrolet c 2500 silverado has a problem with the windshield wipers. the windshield wipers will work and stop in the middle of a cycle. then, has to wait a couple of minutes before they will come again. there is a recall on the windshield wipers, but the contact's vehicle is not included in the recall due to vin. the contact called gm, and they told him that he was not included in the recall. also, spoke with his local dealer, and the dealer informed him of the same thing, he was not included in the recall due to vin. the contact has not had the windshield wipers fixed as of yet.*ak |
