| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact owns a 1993 plymouth voyager. she was going to pick up her daughter from school on 10-14-05 and vehicle had no brakes. she had to go 5 mph all the way home. she spoke with someone at chrysler, who notified her that there was manufacturer's recall 685 on vehicle concerning the brakes. the dealer told her it would be two weeks before they could fix the recall because they have to make the part that was recalled. the dealership agreed to give her a loaner if she could get authorization from chrysler. however, chrysler has told her that a loaner was not part of the recall campaign. she asked chrysler how she was suppose to get the car the approximate 12-13 miles to the dealership, and she was told to just get in the car and go. *ak |
