Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: For the 7th time since i have owned this vehicle, a window has fallen down into the door. this has been a recurring problem since i purchased the vehicle new in 2000. up until now i have not had to pay for the repairs, but this one is going to cost $400. the dealer states the guarantee is only good for one year, so i may have to pay $1,600 a year to keep my windows in working order. i feel this is unreasonable and there should be a recall to permanently fix the problem.
