| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: evenflo on my way model 48431025p2, dom 02/18/2000. the contact stated that car seat failed this weekend. the seat would not unlatch from the base. the contact was trying to remove the seat into a different vehicle, and the latch would not disengage from its base. the contact contacted evenflo, and they said that they would take her safety concern into consideration, and not to use the car seat again. they did not offer any free remedy or replacement seat.*ak |
