| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2001 pontiac grand am. continuous rapid clicking noise from dash caused by short circuit in multi-function switch creating a major distraction while driving and could lead to an accident if happened unexpectedly. had this problem repaired twice already (07/23/2003, 11/14/2004) and needs to be repaired a third time (10/18/2005) . each repair replaced the multi-function switch with new parts and cost about $250. suspect some kind of manufacturing defect for this problem to be recurring so many times after being repaired. *nm |
