| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the vehicle is a 1992 mitsubishi 3000 gt, vr4. the vehicle has been leaking oil. the contact noticed this problem in june 2005. the contact examined the vehicle and found that the seals in the transfer case became defective. the contact knew that there had been recall o2v413001/mitsubishi recall sr-02-003 for the vehicle when he purchased it. when he called the dealership they ran the vehicle's vin and found that the recall repair work had already been performed. when he contacted the manufacture ,they said that according to their records the recall repair work had already been done, and that the contact would have to pay for any work done on the vehicle . *ak |
