| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2004 honda rebel i purchased the bike from a dealer that had accepted it on a trade-in. as soon as i tried driving the bike i realized the clutch was blown. it drove only in first gear, and with much effort i managed to put it in neutral a few times. otherwise, it was impossible to shift gears. the mechanic who worked on it said that the clutch was severely overheated to the point of being warped. $400 (canadian $) to fix it. i'll try the fixed bike tomorrow - hopefully it'll be ok now! *nm |
