| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: dt: contact owns a graco child safety seat. when the child is secured in the child seat it will flip over. the contact thought that it may have been the base of the child seat that was causing the problem. she did take the base off from the child seat, but it would still happen. she has made sure that the seat belt was tightened securely around the child seat. she also made sure that the child was not too heavy for the child seat. the child seat has not been inspected by a child safety seat technician to make sure that it is correctly installed in the vehicle. *ak |
