| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact stated the air bags did not deploy when the vehicle hit a telephone pole and tree. the front passenger side of the vehicle was damaged. the vehicle was going approximately 60 mph. the contact sustained injuries. he tore a ligament in left shoulder, and had stiffness in neck and back, there was bleeding from his nose. the vehicle was totaled at that time. he stated daimler/chrysler did an investigation as to why the air bags did not deploy. he has not yet received any information from them.*ak |
