| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My wife hit a tree head-on going approx. 30 mph. she suffered injuries to her face, neck, back, wrist and knee. airbag did not deploy. contacted chrysler, they picked-up the car and performed diagnostic evaluation from the computer and sent a letter stating the airbag was not defective. i find it hard to believe that the airbag was not defective as the impact and damage to the vehicle is significant. *nm |
