| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact stated while driving the passenger curtain and seat air bag deployed. the housing for the air bag on the door was damaged. the contact did not run over anything recently. she backed into a curb days ago, but the street she was driving on yesterday has no curbs. the insurance company inspected the vehicle and stated that hitting the curb days ago could not have caused it, but according to the dealership , it did. the manufacturer was relying solely on the dealer's evaluation. the vehicle is still at the dealership and has not been repaired. *ak |
